1. How does the PDO threads process work? 

PDO threads can be likened to dermal fillers. However, as opposed to a filler being left in the skin to improve its appearance, ultra-fine threads are placed. These PDO (Polydioxanone) threads work as a lifting procedure and break down organically over a period of 6-8 months and the body will produce strands of collagen around the threads that will keep the treated area in position even after the threads dissolve. The full results of treatment last for up to 18 months, making it a longer-term option than dermal fillers.

PDO threads have a lifting effect, but also induce a rejuvenating effect in the skin: improved circulation and faster cell turnover occur as a result of treatment.

2. How do the threads feel once they are in? 

You will notice the area is tighter and possesses more elasticity after the full effects of treatment have been effected.

3. Who performs my treatment?

Wow! What can I say, I’m over the moon with my smile makeover with Dr Nora. Iv been with Nora for a little while now and had a Damon brace to correct my wonky teeth, I always knew I wanted to finish off with cosmetic bonding just to polish off my smile 😃 and today was the day. Dr Nora is so passionate about what she does and you can tell! She’s very skilled and was so patient with me. The clinic is gorgeous! I honestly cannot believe the transformation of my smile I’m so happy. I gave her a relatively tight time frame to sort out my teeth, after 7months of braces, whitening and composite bonding the result is better than I ever thought! I really dislike going to the dentists and was super nervous when I first met Dr Nora for a consultation. From the initial consultation to now finally having a beautiful smile, I can truly say it has been an amazing experience and one of the best life decisions I have ever made. Yes you may have to spend 2-3 hours in the "chair" but both Dr Nora and Farah made the time go by so quickly. It was painless, relaxing and I would do it again. I have never been one to like going to the dentist, I’ve just never had good experiences with them. But Dr Nora and her staff absolutely changed my attitude about going to the dentist as a whole. **Best Composit Bonding In Leicester**I saw Dr Nora for a consultation for my teeth, I was not happy with some as my teeth as they were back and not straight.
